Here’s a Dolly Parton illustration I did for this week’s Time Out New York, where I’m also now working as the senior designer after having finished graduate school at MICA this past spring. All good news for me since I’m producing illustrations in-house as well as hiring and directing other freelance illustrators (plus doing a ton of layout design, which I’ve always enjoyed). Fortunately, I’m still able to take freelance illustration work, but aside from that stay tuned….
Just some little hair blobs

This is my magazine, and also my baby. 42 incredible illustrators and writers contributed content and I couldn’t be more ferklempt about the whole thing than I am now. Check it out!

Hey internet, the Kickstarter for my magazine just went live, and we could use your help!
Check it out here. We’ve got great prizes, promise.
I’ve been so incredibly consumed with my latest project that I’ve failed to post on here for a little bit, but here are some portraits I did for this month’s Nylon magazine. They’re VERY tiny in print! But still, one of my most enjoyable clients.
Check out my newest project, UNTIL NOW. I’m excited about it.
And we’re live! Welcome to the Tumblr for UNTIL NOW, a magazine about coming of age.
I did some promotional work for rad band Mannequin Pussy. They just kicked off their month-long tour, definitely go see them if they’re playing in your area (and buy one of their cassette tapes, which this image is a partial flat layout of).
